Renato holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering with dual specialties in Structural and Electrical Engineering (2015) and a Master’s of Business Administration degree (2018) from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Renato is originally from São Paulo, Brazil and met Nina while abroad in Wisconsin as a high school exchange student through Rotary International. He is a certified Emergency First Responder Instructor as well as a Professional PADI Dive Instructor.

Outside of his professional role, he enjoys being an active board member of Rotaract Milwaukee, traveling, and jet-skiing on Lake Michigan with his wife.
